Special company discount:

Reservations are valid for arrivals from 3pm to 6pm. Should you arrive later, you must call to let us know.
In order to welcome you properly, it is necessary to know when you arrive with a 24 hour notice.
Breakfast is served from 08.30 am to 10.00 am, unless you have special needs.
Check-out: 10,30 am.
We provide a transport service from and to Ancona Airport and from and to Ancona’s train station for a supplemental fee of 30€ each way.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Reservations are confirmed:
1. to the deposit of a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay (or the amount corresponding to one night for stays of less than 3 nights) to be sent by bank transfer. As required by the civil code in art. 1385, will not be refunded in case of cancellation after the terms specified below or no presentation. A copy of the bank transfer must be sent within three days of this booking confirmation by fax to 071/731797, or by email to info@countryhouseilsassone.it. In case of non-receipt of the deposit by the dates indicated, the reservation is void.
2. Communication by e-mail of a valid credit card number in the name of the person making the reservation, with expiry date. Country House Il Sassòne reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before the customer's arrival by requesting a pre-authorization from the circuit to which it belongs. NO AMOUNT IS COLLECTED. In case of pre-authorized with negative result, the customer will be notified and the reservation will be canceled. In this case, the hotel will have no obligation towards the customer. The balance of the reservation must be paid upon arrival after viewing the accommodation. Any extras must be paid the day before departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any cancellation of booking must be communicated in writing.
- Total refund of the deposit in case of cancellation with at least 30 days notice with respect to the day of arrival.
- Partial refund (half) of the deposit in case of cancellation with at least 15 days notice with respect to the day of arrival.
- Non-refund of the deposit in case of cancellation in the last 15 days before arrival
INTERRUPTION OF STAY: No reimbursement is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay and in case of early departure Country House Il Sassòne is entitled to payment of the agreed amount for the entire stay
NoShow (no-show): In case of no-show, the deposit of 30% of the total amount will be retained and the balance of the stay will be charged to the credit card given as guarantee.
Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, cash and credit card (only Visa or Mastercard are accepted). BANK CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
Extension of stay: The extension of the stay requires an additional reservation, and is subject to availability and rate changes.
INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF D.L. 196/03
The customer is informed that his personal data will be used to be able to fulfill the contractual obligations related to the provision of tourist / hotel services and that they may be transmitted to other subjects exclusively for activities related to the execution of the contract and the collection of credits. The data controller is the legal representative of the Il Sassòne Country House with administrative headquarters in Camerano, to whom you can contact to assert his rights.
SERVICES:
We offer a free luggage storage service in case you arrive before the time indicated above. In all cases it will not be possible to access the rooms before 15.00 to give us the opportunity to clean and sanitize the rooms.
The staff of the farm is always present or available for every need.
